At Phala Agrotech, we believe in the highest quality standards, and take the utmost care with shipping and delivery. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a wrongful delivery (i.e. the product doesn’t match the item ordered), or if there is a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.
TO REPORT AN ISSUETo return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, at the following, to enable us to look into and resolve the issue at the earliest: > by telephone at +918073108747> between <9 am to 6 pm> IST> by email at customercare@phala.co.in, with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICYWe reserve the right to provide resolution to a given situation, in a manner we deem fit, at our sole discretion. We will not refund the order amount in the event that a shipment is returned to us, because the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
